We allow exchanges or return for store credit only, within 15 days of receipt of your items. If over 15 days we'll evaluate each situation on a case by case basis to determine if an exchange or store credit is warranted.
To be eligible for a exchange / store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Trying on the item is understandable, but if any damage occurs while doing so, it will have to be evaluated before being approved. All items must be in the original packaging when returning.
Exchange / Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, then your exchange / store credit will be processed, and you will be provided with store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
When shipping an item back to us, you are responsible to return shipping purchase, unless the return is Day 3 Boutique's fault. Be sure to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. We recommend the United States Postal Service (USPS).
